The website has a menu on the left side, after loading the first thing you see, is a recent discounted products in a slider. Below that super savour bazaar and then it is like any other websites with lots of widgests , showing discounts and products.

My first order from shopclues contained a pallazo pant and one magic mop(the one which comes with a bucket and 2 mop heads).
I received the pallazo pant first and I still wear it, it was from Delhi. I had no issues with it.
But the SHOCK was in the email . At the time of check out it showed me a grand total which I was supposed to pay but they deducted more money from my bank account. It was really annoying .I decide to complain to customer care service. On shopclues.com if you want to complain or want to request a return, you have to do it, in your shopclues account rather than emailing a customer care executive. I selected the payment related query and told them that at the time of purchase they showed a discount which was not considered, they said that they will look into the problem and resolve it.
I received the mop and it was missing one mop head. I decided to return it because payment issue was also there with the mop. Without any hassle I got my refund.
Second time I ordered weighing machine, tiffin box(because it was very cheap Rs.69), water proof bandages from the Sunday flea market .
Weighing machine was good, bandages no problem BUT here comes the bad one TIFFIN box. It had a two small steel tiffin Box inside a zipper bag which had a micky face on it. I opened the zipper and I found out that one steel bowl has a very big dent on it. No wonder why it was so cheap.
I requested for return and I even uploaded the dented bowl image. They provided me with the refund and they dint even pick up the tiffin box. I even forgot about it, once my mother was cleaning the house and found it out and told me to return. Then I sent another email to pick it up but the customer service guy kept repeating that” ma’am you have got refund for it”. It made me laugh because in the email I clearly said that I got the refund but I think they forgot to pick it up from my home. After a long time I was looking into my account and found out Why they didn’t pick up the product.
They approved the return request with no pickup as you can see in the picture above.
The third time:
I was in Gandhinagar for my ILP and I forgot to pack bathroom slippers at the time of packing. The place was new and I had no idea where to get a slipper so I ordered online from shopclues. It was a 50-60 Rs. Slipper for which I paid INR109, it was looking better in the pictures. But I decide to keep the product.
Shipping and Delivery:
Average, In Mumbai I received my products very fast but in Gandhinagar it took few days.
Great , whenever I contacted customer service they responded quickly and my issues resolved faster.
Return: unlike other websites, here you have to initiate the return process on the website and after that customer care executive will contact you. All my return was successful without any hiccups.
